We had our first practice in 10 days today! Awesome stuff. I thought it went really well. We hit some great groundstrokes, worked on aggressive doubles play, hit some overheads (sorry TaNel) hit on the ball machines and practiced serves. We finished with some fun runs and I think we all won the 3rd set!
Nice work today girls. Gotta practice like champions to be champions!!!
